DEEP CONDITIONING FOR NATURAL HAIR!
It’s what you hear EVERY single natural rave about. It’s arguably one of the most important steps that should be incorporated into your natural hair routine. Yes, we talk about it all the time…but it really is that important.
Deep conditioning has many benefits such as moisture retention, improved elasticity, damage prevention, and increased shine and luster of the hair. Who doesn’t want their hair to look bomb?! Well, sis…I’m here to share my deep conditioning routine with you, featuring Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen and Restore Treatment Masque.
Watch my video to gain some quick tips on how to prep your hair for deep conditioning! P.S.- it is highly recommended to add heat when deep conditioning. It opens the hair cuticle and allows for deeper penetration of the conditioner and increases the benefits of deep conditioning. I usually sit under a hooded dryer for up to 30 minutes: although it is not shown, the results that I get after doing so are shown in my tutorial. If you enjoy this tutorial, please leave me comments, show me some love and subscribe to my YouTube channel here!
